Ms. Morris is the founder and president of Simply HR & More with over 25 years of human resource and training experience. Ms. Morris has worked in a senior capacity in industries such as retail, non-profit, financial, banking, IT, education and government. As the founder of Simply HR, Ms. Morris has been involved in a multitude of projects supporting various HR functions including human resource audits, employee handbook review and development, recruitment, benefit administration and training & development, culture transformation.

In addition to her background, her corporate experience has included mergers and acquisitions, succession plan and executive coaching.

Ms. Morris specializes in culture transformation by providing cutting edge topics such as Generational Inclusiveness, Culture Transformation and Diversity & Inclusion just to name a few.

Prior to founding Simply HR & More in 2012, Ms. Morris served as HR director for Teachers Retirement System (TRS). TRS, a pension retirement agency, the largest retirement agency in the state of Georgia, with annual revenue of $32B and 300,000 teachers and 200,000 retirees.

Ms. Morris earned her Bachelor Degree from the University of South Florida and have several certification to include Myers Briggs, DISC, Registered Corporate Coach and Entrepreneurial Mindset.
