Trinity’s Team of Consultants provides a comprehensive range of HR management services and solutions to both for-profit companies and not-for-profit organizations.
Sal has thirty-five years of experience as an award winning HR executive and management consultant. He and organizations of which he has been a part have received multiple awards.
Immediately prior to founding Trinity in 2014, Sal had served as the chief HR officer for the U.S. helicopter division of Leonardo S.p.A. (formerly Finmeccanica). Leonardo, an Italian-based global corporation, is a leading player in the aerospace, defense and security systems and space industries, with annual revenue of $23B and 75,000 employees. Previously, he had served as the CHRO for multiple companies in a diverse range of industries.
In addition to his HR background, his corporate experience has included executive oversight of business functions such as finance, legal services, regulatory compliance, external relations, business insurance, real estate, corporate security and chaplaincy services.
He has a master’s degree in HR management and a bachelor’s degree in economics. In addition, he has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Sal has served as a guest lecturer at multiple universities, a speaker at various SHRM chapters and a subject matter expert at HR seminars and panels. He is also an adjunct faculty member in the College of Business of Wilmington University in Delaware.
