Whether you are the CHRO or you report to the CHRO, your effectiveness is clearly based on more than the breadth and depth of your technical knowledge. In any company, there is also a vital need for effective communications, conflict resolution, change management, and decision making too. HR professionals who have not mastered these skills are unable to optimize their overall effectiveness and maximize their value to their organization.

The DISC™ behavioral model is widely used by organizations to successfully manage these processes. Additionally, those in the HR field have found an in-depth knowledge of DISC™ to be a great tool in their specific HR responsibilities throughout the entire employee life cycle. This includes (a) talent acquisition (specifically, during the selection phase), (b) employee development, (c) the performance management process and (d) team building.

Please join Salvatore LoDico, CEO of Trinity HR Consulting, Inc and an award-winning authority in Human Resources Management, as he equips you to use the multi-faceted and invaluable DISC™ behavioral styles model.
